At Easel Moments®, quality and customer satisfaction come first. We pride ourselves for the designs, high quality and workmanship of each item in the collections we offer. All items have to pass our strict quality guidelines before they are packed for shipping to you, our valued customers.
High quality and heavy gauge materials are used for all our products. Our goal is simple: Great designs with uncompromising quality and unique finishes at affordable prices! To meet an order delivery schedule, we reserve the right to ship any order in part or full from any global location. The freight quoted for your order will remain same. We will bear the cost for any additional delivery charge from our global warehouse locations.
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of cost. Or if you are uncertain about selling our products in your store, call us within 7 days of receipt of goods at 1-888-570-2860 for a return authorization number. Repack the goods, write the return authorization number on the mailing label and ship the goods back within 7 days in original packaging. No questions asked. We also provide the option of a return shipping label.
Goods returned must be in same good condition as received. We will mail you a refund check or credit your account within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Or if you want to replace it with a product, we will do so, provided the product is available.
There is no refund on freight that we paid to ship the goods to you or that you will incur on shipping the goods back to us.
A 25% restocking fee is applicable for all returns on wholesale orders (due to our low wholesale prices) and 15% restocking fee is applicable for all returns on retail orders. No return or exchange or refund or credit request entertained after 7 days of receipt of merchandise for retail customers and 14 days for wholesale resellers. Credit is subject to inspection of goods returned.
For international orders, we reserve the right to replace or credit the amount for any defective easel. There is no return acceptance or refund available.
We do our best to match the color of the easels & plaques, both on our web site photography and in our catalogs, but differences in technology may affect the appearance of the photo on your screen or print. We encourage you to ask us for any clarifications on color or size that you need more information on.
Much labor costs go into sending samples at wholesale cost to our valued business customers. Due to the special wholesale cost program we provide for samples, samples ordered cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded.
All custom orders require prepayment. There is no cancellation or refund for any custom order. All disputes are subject to Orange County, CA jurisdiction.
